In order to take advantage of the tourism potential of the islands TECNICIL is required to position itself in such a way as to give a global perspective and dimension to the hospitality industry in Cape Verde .

Vila Verde Resort, on Sal Island , is just one example. This 45 hectares resort offers the market a product mix consisting of 90 villas, 200 townhouses, 940 apartments, leisure areas, entertainment facilities, commercial spaces and a fully infrastructured hotel plot. The total investment is estimated to be in the amount of Euros 150,000,000.

To be located in Santa Maria , Sal Island , in an area of 45 hectares, the project, currently under development, shall be the first completely infra-structured urban project to be executed on this island .
