TECNICIL has completed or is currently developing a vast array of multi-use projects which have made it a market leader in Cape Verde and has provided the market with thousands of building plots, apartments and commercial spaces.


Between 1999 and 2003 TECNICIL provided to the market commercial apartments and spaces in the following enterprises, all located in Praia city,,the country’s capital:

  • TECNICIL Building - housing offices and apartments;
  • Lavanda Building - housing apartments and commercial areas;
  • Imperio I – apartment blocks and commercial areas;
  • Praia Linda Building – housing apartments and commercial areas;
  • Bela Vista Building - housing apartments and commercial areas;
  • Palmarejo Baixo – urbanization Project – 15 hectares of infrastructured land. Land plots for construction;
  • Cidadela – Urbanization project – 113 hectares of infractrutured land. This project resulted in the market availability of over 2000 land plots for construction of single family homes, apartment blocks, commercial and tourism areas and collective leisure infrastructures. Completed in 2005.

  • Ondas do Mar (Palmarejo Baixo, the City of Praia) – Private condominium complex designed for  medium to high market sector, office spaces, commercial areas, swimming pool and parking lots. Will be completed in October 2005.
  • Miramar (Palmarejo Baixo, the City of Praia) - Private condominium complex designed for  medium to high market sector, office spaces, commercial areas, swimming pool and parking lots. Will be completed in November 2005.
TECNICIL is always striving to develop quality projects in privileged locations and a sample of some already projected between 2005 and 2007 are:
  • Copacabana (Laginha, City of Mindelo) Apartment buildings and commercial spaces - to be completed in May 2007;
  • Imperio II (Palmarejo City of Praia) Apartment buildings and commercial areas - to be completed in September 2006;
