1st Phase Completion and Delivery The Phase I of the construction of the project IMPERIO II, located in Palmarejo – Central Zone in the City of Praia, has been completed. The competition Phase II is expected for Summer 2008. 1st Phase Completion Being the company´s first major project in Mindelo, Phase I of Copacabana will be completed this September
